The Positive Press resource pack

This Save the Children project brought refugee and non-refugee young people together to understand each other better. They made three films: ‘The Bully Book’, ‘Faces of the World’ and ‘Zakhme Dil – A Scarred Heart’. The films are included on the DVD with this pack. The resource pack supports education practitioners and youth leaders with information, guidance and suggested activities that can support exploration of the range of issues covered by the films, such as the experiences of refugees and asylum seekers, identity and belonging, bullying and racism, media stereotyping and its impact, ideas of citizenship and the benefits of living in a culturally diverse society.
